Frequently asked questions
Can I see several courts at once?
Yes. The day view shows every space in the centre as columns and the hours as rows. If you would rather focus on one, the space view shows its whole week.
Can the board allow two bookings at the same time?
No. On top of the on-screen check, the database prevents two bookings from taking the same space at once, even when several people book at the same moment.
What about customers who do not show up?
You can mark a booking as a no-show with one click. It is recorded on the customer's profile so you can decide what to do about repeat offenders.
