Can I limit how far ahead people can book?
Yes. You set the maximum days ahead, the minimum notice and how many active bookings each person can hold. Members can have their own perks.
What if a customer wants to cancel?
They can do it from their own area within the deadline you set. If you took payment online, your club's cancellation and refund policy applies.
What can customers do from their area?
See and cancel their bookings, check their membership and passes, edit their profile and review their payment history.
