Customers and members Customer records

One profile per customer with their details, their notes and your own tags. Quick search when booking and duplicates merged.

The problem

Customers live in five different places.

A spreadsheet, the front desk phone and the memory of whoever has been there for years. When someone is away, nobody knows who that customer is or what they like.

The solution

One profile, the whole story.

Each customer has a profile with contact details, notes, tags, bookings, memberships and payments. What one person on your team writes down, the whole team sees.

What you can do

Data that belongs to your facility

Notes, level, tags and contact phone are your club's own. What you record is not seen or changed by other clubs.

Quick search when booking

Type a few letters of the name, phone or email and pick. Guests can be added without creating a profile.

Merge duplicates

Spot repeated profiles by email, phone or name and merge them, keeping the full booking and payment history.

Import your customers and members

Upload your list of customers and members from a spreadsheet (CSV) and we help you with the set-up so you start with your data already loaded.

Frequently asked questions

Can I adapt the fields to my sport?

Yes. Sports details such as level are optional and adapt to the type of facility, so a swimming pool does not have to ask for padel data.

What about a customer who plays at two clubs?

Their account is theirs, but each club has its own profile with its own notes, and neither sees what the other writes.

Does it comply with data protection rules?

Your customers' data is processed on behalf of your club and each person can exercise their rights. The legal documents describe the processing.

Can I bring in my existing customers?

Yes. You import customers and members from a spreadsheet in CSV format and we support you through the set-up.
