Holidays, time off or a one-off court change: edit or skip a single date and the rest of the series stays untouched.

When cancelling you choose whether it affects just that booking or all the following ones. The slot is freed straight away for anyone who wants it.

What if a date in the series is already taken?

The system warns you before creating the series and tells you which dates clash, so you can decide whether to skip them or change the time.

Is each date charged separately?

Each booking in the series has its own amount based on the current rate, and you can charge it at reception or on your usual terms.

Can I block public holidays for the whole series?

Yes. Days when your club is closed are respected in the schedules, and you can skip specific dates of the series with an exception.
