Choose whether payment is required to confirm. The booking is held for a few minutes while the customer pays and released if they do not.
A payment link for everything else
For bookings made at reception or by phone, you send the customer a link. They pay from their phone and the booking is marked as paid.

Do I need my own account with the payment gateway?
Yes. You charge through your own Redsys or Stripe account, so the money goes to your bank and you control fees and settlements.
What happens if the customer abandons the payment?
The draft booking expires after a few minutes and the slot becomes available again for other customers.
Can I issue refunds?
Yes. If the customer cancels within the window set by your policy, the refund is recorded on the booking.
