2. Purpose
The website provides information about Pranarp Club, cloud management software for sports clubs and facilities (court and space bookings, rates, schedules, players and members), and lets you request a demo, create an account and access the application. A club’s use of the service is governed by the Terms of service and, as regards the data of each club’s players, by the Data processing agreement.
3. Conditions of use
Access to the website is free and requires no registration, except to use the application. Anyone browsing the website (the “user”) agrees to use it diligently and lawfully and, in particular, not to:
- use it for unlawful purposes or in a way contrary to good faith, public order or this legal notice;
- introduce viruses, malicious code or any system that may damage the website or the equipment of the owner or of third parties;
- try to access restricted areas, other people’s accounts or the owner’s systems without authorisation;
- extract content in bulk or in an automated way (scraping) or overload the infrastructure;
- provide false data in the forms or impersonate third parties.
The owner may suspend or block access for anyone who breaches these conditions, without prejudice to any legal action that may apply.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The software, design, texts, images, logos, trademarks and all other content of the website belong to Adrià Colomer Serra or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. No licence is granted over them beyond viewing them for personal use. Reproducing, distributing, publicly communicating or transforming them without express written permission is prohibited.
Third-party trademarks that appear on the website belong to their respective owners and are mentioned for information purposes only.
5. Liability
The owner strives to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is error-free or uninterruptedly available. The prices, features and terms that bind the owner are those accepted when the service is hired. If you spot a mistake, write to info@pranarpclub.com and we will review it.
The website may contain links to third-party sites. The owner does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or policies.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Vic, unless the user is a consumer, in which case the courts of their place of residence have jurisdiction.
