Frequently asked questions

What if a booking runs from off-peak into peak?

Each stretch is charged at its own price, so a booking that starts off-peak and ends at peak is calculated fairly.

Can I have different prices for members?

Yes. Member plans can apply their own discounts or conditions, and the system applies them automatically when booking.

And if two price rules overlap?

Each rule has its own priority and the system warns you when saving if they overlap, so the result is never ambiguous.
