Activities Access control

You know who is inside and how many fit, with a QR on the phone and a kiosk at reception.

The problem

A headcount done by eye.

At peak hours nobody knows how many people are inside, and checking who may enter depends on the memory of whoever is at reception.

The solution

Whoever enters has the right to, and capacity is visible.

You define zones with their capacity. The player shows their QR, the system checks their booking, membership or pass and records the entry. Occupancy updates instantly.

What you can do

Zones with capacity

Define zones with a capacity, tied to spaces or to the whole facility. Occupancy is the number of entries with no exit.

Player and booking QR

Players have a code that rotates every few seconds and the booking confirmation includes its own QR. It is read at the reception kiosk.

Entry rules

Entry is allowed with a booking in its time slot, a membership with access or a pass. You can require signed documents and certifications, as a warning or as a block.

Tickets and passes

Sell day tickets and passes by uses or by hours to enter a zone or to book a court, at the desk or online.

Frequently asked questions

What happens when a zone fills up?

The team gets an alert when it reaches the threshold you set and another when it is full, once per level.

Is there a record of attempts?

Yes. Every scan is logged, whether allowed or denied, with the reason.

What if someone forgets to leave?

Open entries are closed automatically when the club's hours for that day end.
