You download a template, fill it in and upload it. You see a preview of what will be created or updated, simulate it if you like and confirm.

What you can do

Templates in Catalan, Spanish and English

Download a sample CSV. The importer understands headers in all three languages and detects the separator and encoding.

Preview and dry run

Before importing you see the first rows with the planned action. A dry run executes the whole process without saving anything.

No duplicates

It recognises existing people by their source key, email or phone and updates them instead of creating another. Repeating the import is safe.

Error report

Each row with problems is noted and you can download the report as CSV to fix it.

Frequently asked questions

What can be imported?

Players and members (memberships). Players are created as profiles without an account, and members are linked to a plan that already exists in your club.

Do I have to use a specific format?

You can start from the template, but the importer accepts comma, semicolon or tab separators, and common encodings such as UTF-8 or ISO-8859-1.

What if some rows have errors?

The rest are imported and the rows with errors go into a downloadable report. If you prefer to check first, run a dry run.
