Customers and members Documents and certifications

Rules, minors' authorisations and certifications kept current, with proof of who accepted what and when.

The problem

A drawer full of signed paper.

Rules, image rights and minors' authorisations on paper, with no idea who signed which version or when a certificate expires.

The solution

Every person, with their documents up to date.

You publish the document and each player accepts it online, or you record the signature on paper. The system knows who has something pending or expired.

What you can do

Versioned documents

Rules, image rights, minors' authorisation or data protection, in Catalan, Spanish and English. When you publish a new version you can require everyone to accept it again.

Online or paper acceptance

The player accepts from their area (a guardian, for a minor) or staff upload a scan of the signature. It records who accepted, when and which text.

Certifications with expiry

Record certificates with an expiry date and require them to enter an access zone. Each player sees them on their profile.

Liability insurance

For external booking holders, upload their insurance and avoid bookings from anyone without valid cover.

Frequently asked questions

Can someone who has not signed be blocked?

On joining the club they are sent to sign. Blocking bookings until they accept is optional and you switch it on. Enrolling a minor in an activity always requires the authorisation.

Can an acceptance expire?

Yes. You can set a validity in months and, after that time, the document is pending again.

Where are uploaded files stored?

In private storage for the club. They are not served openly.
