Conformance status
This platform is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, as a voluntary commitment under standard EN 301 549, due to the exceptions and non-conformities listed below. Spanish Royal Decree 1112/2018 (RD 1112/2018), Law 11/2023 and the European Accessibility Act are cited as a reference for public-sector customers. It covers the public website, the sign-in pages and the player area.
Inaccessible content
We are aware that some aspects do not yet fully meet the requirements:
- The booking calendar and board have limited keyboard and screen reader support.
- Some generated PDF documents (invoices, payment letters) are not tagged for assistive technologies.
- Embedded third-party services (payment, maps, anti-bot verification) are outside our control and may not meet level AA.
- Some colour contrasts on secondary elements may fall below the recommended ratio.

This statement is based on a self-assessment carried out on October 30, 2026, using automated checks and manual keyboard and screen reader testing.
