Daily operations Incidents and maintenance

What breaks is logged, assigned and fixed, and what needs checking every week does not get forgotten.

The problem

Faults discussed in the corridor.

A torn net, a blown bulb or a dripping tap is mentioned in passing and forgotten. Nobody knows who is dealing with it or whether it is already fixed.

The solution

Every report with an owner, a status and a history.

Anyone on the team logs the incident with a photo and priority. You assign it, the assignee gets a notice and the status and comments stay in view.

What you can do

Incidents with photo and priority

Note the space or equipment affected, the priority (low, normal, high or urgent) and attach photos. Players can report issues if you enable it.

Assignment and follow-up

Assign the incident to a person, who gets a notice. It moves from open to in progress to resolved, with comments in the history.

Internal tasks

Create tasks with an assignee and due date, standalone or linked to an incident, and mark them as done.

Preventive maintenance

Plans that repeat every set number of days or weeks per space. They generate their tasks and, if you want, block the space for a few hours so nobody books it.

Frequently asked questions

Who can log and who can manage?

Staff and the owner log incidents and comment. Assigning, changing status and managing plans belongs to whoever holds the management permission.

Can photos be stored?

Yes. They are kept in private storage and only people with access to the incident can see them.

Can players report a fault?

It is optional. A club setting lets players log incidents; it is off by default.
