Activities Teams and seasons

Teams with their trainings and licences, and a calendar that changes with each season.

The problem

Teams, licences and the school calendar in separate notebooks.

Trainings are noted on one sheet and courts on another, licences expire without anyone noticing and every season means redoing the hours.

The solution

Each team and each season, in its place.

You create the season's team, add members and schedule trainings and matches, which take their space. Seasons change hours, closures and prices on the dates you define.

What you can do

Teams with members and roles

Each team has its season, category and sport, with players, coaches and staff. Members are active club players.

Trainings and matches

Schedule sessions with a space: they occupy the court on the board and the system warns if they clash with a booking. Players see their teams and answer call-ups.

Federation licences

Keep each licence's number, federation and expiry, get warnings before they expire and export the list to CSV.

Seasons with their own hours

School year, summer, Christmas: each season can have its weekly hours, closure days and switch certain pricing rules on or off.

Frequently asked questions

When is an expiring licence flagged?

Players with an account get a notice at 30 days or fewer, and the club has a list of licences about to expire and a panel widget.

Which season applies to a date?

The one containing the day. If several do, the highest priority wins. Overlaps are not allowed by default.

Can I close courts for holidays?

Yes. A season can generate the club's closure days, which the system respects in hours and bookings.
