Platform Google Calendar

Coaches see their classes in the calendar they already use, with nothing copied by hand.

The problem

Two calendars that never match.

The coach looks at the club calendar and their personal one, and every change means updating both by hand.

The solution

Your club agenda, in your Google Calendar.

Each coach connects their Google account. Their confirmed bookings are created as events, and changes and cancellations follow on their own.

What you can do

Connection per coach

Each person connects their own Google account from their profile and can disconnect it whenever they like.

Bookings as events

Confirmed bookings where they are the coach appear in their calendar. If cancelled or reassigned, the event disappears.

No duplicates

Each booking has a single event. If sync is interrupted, it recovers on the next pass, which repeats every 30 minutes.

Frequently asked questions

Is the sync two-way?

No, it is one way. Anything you change in Google Calendar does not modify the club booking.

What if Google fails?

The club booking is unaffected. The error is noted and retried at the next sync.

Who can connect it?

Staff and the club owner, each with their own account. The club must have the feature switched on.
