Activities Coaches

Each coach with their agenda, classes and settlement, and private lessons that book themselves.

The problem

Paying coaches from a spreadsheet.

Who taught which class, how many hours, at what rate and with what commission ends up being worked out at month end, with mistakes. And private lessons arrive by message.

The solution

Agenda, assignment and settlement, connected.

Each coach has a profile and availability. You assign them to classes and courses, and at month end the system calculates their settlement. Students book private lessons on their real agenda.

What you can do

Profile and availability

In-house or external coach, with their pay basis and weekly availability slots, plus exceptions per day.

Assignment to classes and courses

Assign a coach to a class or course and it carries over to future sessions. The system rejects overlaps with their agenda.

Monthly settlement

By the hour, by the class or by commission on what was collected. It is calculated from the month's sessions and lessons, and coaches see theirs in their own area.

Private lessons

The student picks a coach and a free slot, with a buffer between lessons. It is booked as a regular booking and the price adds the coach's rate and the court, or is a closed price.

Frequently asked questions

Can an external coach invoice?

The profile supports external coaches with their tax details (tax ID, company name and address).

What does the coach see?

Their monthly agenda and settlements, with no access to other coaches' data.

Do private lessons need anything else?

Bookings and coaches must be switched on. They are enabled per club and do not appear if you do not use them.
