The problem

Concessions to organisations, on a separate sheet.

Schools and associations use the same slots all season, with different agreements and rates, and afterwards nobody knows how much was really used.

The solution

Grant, rate and usage in one place.

You define the concession with its slots, dates and rate. On confirmation the bookings are generated and you mark each session as used, unused or released. Accredited groups get their price automatically.

What you can do

Seasonal concession

An organisation (school, club, association) with fixed weekly slots between two dates. Before confirming you see conflicts with closures, blocks and other bookings.

Own rate

Exempt, an hourly amount or a percentage discount on the rate. You can attach the signed agreement.

Usage tracking

Mark each session as used or unused, or release it so others can take the slot. Unused sessions carry no no-show penalty.

Accredited groups

Residents, large families, seniors or others. Anyone with a validated, current accreditation gets the group's discount or own rate.

Frequently asked questions

Can I edit a confirmed concession?

No: a confirmed concession cannot be edited. Only drafts can be changed or deleted.

Is a document required for the group?

You decide whether the group requires a document. Staff review the request and validate or reject it, with an optional expiry.

Do several groups stack?

No. If a person belongs to several percentage groups, the best one applies. The discount does stack with membership discounts.
