Bookings Golf tee times

Course tee times on an orderly sheet: by time and tee, with green fees and no phone calls.

The problem

A paper tee sheet and a phone that never stops.

Every tee time is written down by hand, groups overlap on the same tee and the green fee is worked out from memory depending on member or guest.

The solution

The tee sheet, inside the same booking engine.

You define the times, the interval and the starting tees. Each tee time is a regular booking, so availability, notifications and payments work as usual.

What you can do

Interval, hours and tees

Set the first and last tee time, an interval of 8, 9 or 10 minutes and whether play starts only on tee 1 or also on 10, with up to four players per group.

Green fee for 9 or 18 holes

Set the green fee per player for 9 and 18 holes, with member and guest prices. The amount is saved on the booking and does not change if you edit fees later.

Shotgun starts

Schedule a shotgun for a day: it replaces the staggered start with one group on each hole, all at the same time.

Booked by the player or by staff

Players book their tee time from the club page, and staff can do it from the panel and see the day's tee times.

Frequently asked questions

Is a tee time a regular booking?

Yes. It builds on the booking engine, so it shares availability, notifications, payment status and cancellation with every other booking.

What if I change the interval with tee times already booked?

Tee times left outside the new sheet are still shown to staff so they can be seen and cancelled, but they are not offered to members.

Can I schedule a shotgun on any day?

Not if staggered tee times are already booked that day, or another shotgun is scheduled: the system refuses so the two formats never mix.
