Blocked courts and places
Creating the event books the courts it needs. Places come in multiples of four and, if you want, you can limit the level of participants.
Competition Americana events
A whole americana without paper: registration, rounds, scores and standings from the panel.
The problem
Working out pairs and rounds with a pen.
Writing players down, handing out partners round by round without repeats and keeping score on paper. And at kick-off, someone is always missing.
The solution
A social event that organises itself.
You create the event and the courts are blocked. Players sign up, each round is generated and you only enter the scores.
What you can do
Registration, payment and waiting list
Different price for members and non-members, payment at the desk or online and a waiting list: when someone drops out, the next one moves up.
Generated rounds
In americana format partners rotate without repeating and rests are shared out. In mexicano, each round matches players by the standings.
Scores and standings
You enter scores on a screen made for tablets and standings update instantly. The club can show the podium on its page.
Frequently asked questions
What if there are extra players or too few courts?
Rounds share the rests fairly so everyone plays the same.
Can I charge the entry online?
Yes. You choose between payment at the desk or online with a payment link. If it is not paid in time, the place is released and the waiting list moves up.
What does the podium show?
The final result of finished events appears on the club's public page with first name and surname initial, nothing more personal.
