Pricing questions
What counts as a space?
A space is any resource with its own calendar: a court, a room, a gym. Pool lanes and auxiliary rooms count as a secondary space, which has its own add-on.
What do I pay Pranarp Club and what do I pay my payment gateway?
You pay Pranarp Club only your plan fee: 0 % commission on your payments. If you take payments with Stripe, Stripe charges 1.5 % + 0.25 € per standard European card. With Redsys you pay whatever you have agreed with your bank.
Is there a lock-in or a set-up fee?
No. Set-up costs 0 € and there is no lock-in: you can cancel whenever you want.
How does the 90-day trial work?
You try any plan free for 90 days, with no card, using your real spaces, hours and rates. There is no permanent free plan: when the trial ends you pick a plan.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. If your club grows or changes, write to us and we will move you to the plan that fits best.
Can I bring my data from another program?
Yes. You can import players and members from a CSV file. If you would rather we did it, assisted migration is a one-off add-on, free on Premium and for founding clubs.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices exclude VAT; the VAT that applies is added to the invoice.
How does the Institutions plan work?
It is a one-year pilot for town halls, sports boards and municipal sports centres, with tiers by spaces and facilities and one annual invoice. Request a proposal and we will tailor it to your case.
